You may browse and order for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or attempt to access accounts or systems you do not own. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

3. Products and availability

Product descriptions, specifications and stock counts are kept accurate to the best of our knowledge. Photographs are representative; packaging and minor design details may change as manufacturers update their lines. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a substitute, a backorder or a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and sales tax, which are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch; if a corrected price is higher you may cancel the order for a full refund. Promotional codes apply one per order and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline an order for reasons including stock limits, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions.

6. Delivery and risk

8. Warranties

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered. Except as required by law, products are otherwise supplied without additional warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business time.

10. Intellectual property

The Dynexa Partners name, logo, site design and written product descriptions belong to Dynexa Partners LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and the courts of Edwards County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force at the time you place an order governs that order.
